What do you call the cosmetic covering around a pre fab fireplace on the roof.?

Live in FL. We have a firelplace but it's one of those pre fab types, real but not stone or brick just a metal insert. The exhaust goes up to the roof in a tube and this is surrounded by some decorative wood. I know there is a name for it but don't know what to call it. I need to change it to metal or some type of material that won't rot in the FL humidity but don't know what to call it.
The name for the decorative wood or material that surrounds the flue…on a real chimney it's stone, but this is a pre fab and they must have a name for it.

Is it the surround, the flue, the pipe or the roof jack?

I think it's something like stove pipe vent.

Maybe this is it, or you can check around on their website:

Look around at a home center for one.
